Ageli Assyrtiko
In the glass, the varietal character of Assyrtiko is immediately evident: fruits, herbs, and a distinct minerality, with a metallic note that is a true product of the region's microclimate. On the palate, crisp acidity and a generous body—a result of bâtonnage across all aging methods—create a versatile wine suitable for any occasion.
Assyrtiko, PGI Peloponnese
Clear lemon green color. Elegant nose with citrus and white-fleshed fruits, followed by fine mineral and herbal hints. On the palate, the vibrant acidity offers a fresh quality and a crisp finish.
Ati White
What does freedom taste like? The mix of three original varieties, Malagouzia, Assyrtiko, and Xinomavro, that are grown in Northern Greece, creates a result that is flooded with lively aromas of flowers and citrus. This wine is perfectly balanced and soft, leaving a light sour-sweet and caramel after-taste.
Cavalieri Assyrtiko
Deep lemon colour. Pronounced aromas of citrus, white stone fruit, botanical hints harmonically combined with notes of honey and jasmine, revealing the short maturation in oak barrels in the presence of fine lees. It is full bodied with a pleasantly high acidity and long aftertaste.
Queen of Hearts, White
Bright green yellow color with a gentle nose of white-flesh fruits and distinctive aromas of spring flowers. A wine with a surprising fine structure. Pleasant mouth and refreshing aftertaste.
St. Elias, Assyrtiko
Elegant and fresh, with a touch of light lemon rind and lime zest, this is a seafood lover's friend. Lots of balance and character.
