When the traditional recipe met the selected grape varieties…
…Then a unique tsipouro was created, with persistence and meticulousness from selection to distillation and bottling… This is the Pilavas tsipouro which is being looked for by name for its authentic taste and its unique quality.
The Pilavas family has been distilling ouzo, tsipouro, brandy and a variety of liqueurs for three generations. Our recipe has remained the same for nearly 80 years: fine ingredients, double distillation and lots of patience.
