It is produced from high-quality raw materials: summer bell pepper and winter hay barley, fine varieties of hops, yeast, maltose and crystal water from artesian springs of Parnassus. This is followed by a fermentation of long maturation, which completes the production of a particularly sophisticated beer, with a distinctly rich flavor and rich body.
