From selected low yield vineyards in northern Greece- Macedonia, at the local communities of Agora and Pigadia.
Northeastern vineyards gently sloping, with average composition soils at an altitude of 250m.These are the best conditions for the development of varieties and the maturation of the fruit.
Each variety follows separate fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at low temperature for one week. The vinification starts with Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and then we add Sangiovese. The whole procedure takes around 15 days and is followed by the malolactic fermentation. The wine ages in new or second used oak barrels for 12 months.

Deep purple color. Intense aromas of red berries, chocolate, cedar and nuts with some hints of herbs. A full body wine with interesting fatty acidity and soft tannins. In the mouth you find the same aromas with a more fruity character. It has long, massy and complex finish.
Will respond well to aging for up to 6-8 years after harvest.
An excellent match for aged cheeses, grilled meat, red meat and game cooked dishes with complex sauces.
