Vinification Method
Each variety follows separate fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at low temperature for one week. The vinification starts with Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and then we add Sangiovese. The whole procedure takes around 15 days and is followed by the malolactic fermentation. The wine ages in new or second used oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Notes
Deep purple color. Intense aromas of red berries, chocolate, cedar and nuts with some hints of herbs. A full body wine with interesting fatty acidity and soft tannins. In the mouth you find the same aromas with a more fruity character. It has long, massy and complex finish.
Aging
Will respond well to aging for up to 6-8 years after harvest.
Perfect Pairing
An excellent match for aged cheeses, grilled meat, red meat and game cooked dishes with complex sauces.
